1. Appearance:

2. Transmission system:

Check whether there is any dust attached to the surface of the motor and other things that affect heat dissipation. The gear and sprocket are regularly oiled to check whether there is anything attached Above, whether the tension of the chain is appropriate, whether the connection between the transmission parts of the screw is loose, and whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is sufficient, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced once within 1000-1500 hours.
3. Electrical system:
Check whether the electrical connector of the labor insurance mask machine is loose, the power cord, the signal line are worn and aging? The electrical parts are loose? The electrical box is clean and dry, and the exhaust fan is working properly.
4. Ultrasonic system (including ultrasonic electric box, impact, welding head, connecting wire):
Check whether the ultrasonic system of the labor protection mask machine is clean, especially the ultrasonic electric box, it must be dry-cleaned without standing water, and the connection line must be strong. Frequently check the degree of wear of the ultrasonic welding head. Observe the pointer range of the voltmeter and ammeter of the ultrasonic electric box.
Five, power supply system: (by air filter system, pipe, cylinder):
Air filter cover, check whether there is water in the labor protection mask machine, and the discharge of the air compressor (air compressor discharge: high humidity in the area, discharge to the compressor every day).
