The equipment adopts a unique spiral feeding and cutting system, the material is efficiently drawn to the cutting tool area under the propulsion of the spiral and is rapidly torn and decomposed, effectively preventing jamming and entanglement phenomenon.

Feed System: A manual grabber or conveyor belt is typically used to steadily feed the material to the rotating cutter roll.

Spiral Cutter Roller: This is the heart of the machine. It typically consists of a single, heavy-duty shaft. The shaft is equipped with spirally arranged carbide blades. These blades have a hooked, specially designed tooth profile.

Housing: This sturdy housing houses fixed blades, which work together with the rotating blades (the blades on the spiral cutter roll) to create a shearing action.

Drive System: A high-power motor provides powerful, low-speed, high-torque power through a reducer.

By replacing scroons with difforent mesh sizes or adjusting the cutter chamber length, the output size can be flexibly controlled. The machine supports three typical output size ranges:

Option 1:=10mm (min)

Option 2: =30mm

Option 3: ≈50mm (max)
