Aluminium-Plastic Separation Production Line Shipped to India Today
Today, a set of aluminium-plastic separation equipment was successfully loaded onto a lorry and dispatched to India. The equipment loaded into the container includes the core separation unit and electrical control cabinets; all components have been carefully wrapped and secured to ensure stability and safety during the sea voyage.

This production line is primarily designed for the recycling and processing of various types of aluminium-plastic composite waste, such as pharmaceutical blister packs, aluminium-plastic films, and flexible packaging materials.
The Indian client plans to use this equipment to process locally collected aluminium-plastic packaging waste; the production line has a rated design capacity of approximately 400 kg per hour.
Furthermore, in response to the Indian client’s high requirements for recovery rates, we made targeted adjustments to accommodate their specific aluminium-plastic waste. Following numerous rounds of testing, optimisation, and fine-tuning, the separation efficiency reached 99.8%.

Finally, before dispatch, the equipment underwent trial runs using raw materials provided by the client. All performance indicators met expectations, thereby completely alleviating the client’s concerns.
