Therefore, the effective separation of the negative electrode constituent materials of the waste lithium battery has a driving effect on the realization of the limited recycling of the waste lithium battery and the elimination of its corresponding environmental impact.

The scrap lithium battery is sent to the primary shredder by the conveyor for shredding, and the shredded material is sent to the secondary multi-blade crusher through the conveyor for the second crushing, and the material after the secondary crushing enters the conveyor. The machine is equipped with magnetic separation equipment at the same time, which can separate the iron in the material. The sorted materials are sent to the air sorting machine through the conveyor. Separate the separator paper from the positive and negative electrodes by the induced draft fan and the cyclone feeder, and enter the separated positive and negative plates into a three-stage pulverizer for fine crushing, and pulverize the material to about 20 mesh. The crushed materials enter the cyclone separator through the negative pressure system for dust filtration.

Through two airflow sorting, materials of different densities are stratified, and then positive and negative materials, copper, aluminum, nickel and other materials are obtained, and all the ultrafine dust is brought into the pulse dust collector by the negative pressure system for collection. The filtered tail gas will continue to be sent from the negative pressure system to the tail gas treatment equipment for air purification, so that it can reach the environmental protection emission standard before being discharged at high altitude.
