Can waste circuit board electronic components be recycled?

Circuit board recycling process
For circuit boards with electronic components, after detining and dismantling, the components are removed (the components are sorted and processed separately). The circuit board completes the dissociation of metal and non-metal through coarse crushing, iron removal, and fine crushing to form a mixture of metal and non-metal, which enters the airflow sieve to extract most of the metal. The circuit board fiber powder screened out by the airflow specific gravity contains a small amount of fine metal (about 2-5% content), and then enters the electrostatic separator to extract the remaining fine metal to achieve the metal recovery rate.
1. The waste circuit boards and copper clad laminates are first dismantled by the dismantling machine to disassemble the electronic originals. The disassembled electronic components can be sold directly, and then the circuit boards with the disassembled electronic components are put into the waste circuit boards. 2. The waste circuit board enters the crusher for crushing, and the crushed mixed material enters the rotary vibrating screen for screening;
3. The rotary vibrating screen will continue to cyclically crush the mixed and unqualified large-particle materials, and the qualified materials will be sent to the sorting machine for sorting again;
4. The sorting system adopts a dual sorting system of airflow specific gravity sorter and high-voltage electrostatic sorter, which sorts metals and resins such as copper and aluminum according to the different physical properties of the materials, and the sorting purity has reached 99%.
