1. During the first trial production, the input volume should be controlled at about 50%-60% of the output of the machine. 3. Raw materials should be classified and broken during production. Copper and aluminum wires must not be mixed together. The diameter of the raw material broken in each batch should be the same size. Mixing thick and thin lines will affect the sorting effect.
4. During the commissioning, the input volume should be controlled at about 30% of the output of the machine, so as to avoid the accumulation of tail machine material caused by the untimely adjustment of the single machine.
5. The initial value of the speed and frequency of the lower blower inverter is adjusted to 35-40Hz, and the value is increased or decreased according to the sorting situation. The initial value of the speed and frequency of the vibration sorting motor inverter is adjusted to 28-35Hz, and the value is increased or decreased according to the sorting situation.
