Automated Cutting and Acid Collection System

The production line's front end incorporates a battery casing cutting system capable of rapidly and precisely severing plastic casings while ensuring complete separation of internal components. A dedicated acid collection platform within the cutting zone centralises electrolyte recovery and storage, preventing leakage and contamination. The main structure is fabricated from 304 stainless steel, combining high strength with superior corrosion resistance. This design ensures reliable operation in prolonged acidic environments, significantly extending equipment lifespan.
Lead Plate Separation and Conveying System
Following casing removal, the battery's internal lead plates and plastic casings enter the separation process. A specialised lead plate separation device employs mechanical vibration and structural sorting to efficiently separate lead plates from other components. Separated lead plates are automatically conveyed via the system to designated areas for subsequent smelting processing. The entire process flows seamlessly and operates smoothly, achieving a processing rate of approximately 11 batteries per minute. Daily processing capacity reaches around 40 tonnes, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial production.
