For most large e-scrap recyclers, the most common solution for precious metal recovery is selling e-scrap materials to one of the few large smelters in the world, and the smelters apply the pyrometallurgical method (burning everything in a furnace) to process these e-scrap materials and give the recyclers credits after many discounts and management fee charges. These recyclers only get a small fraction of the precious metal values in the e-scraps they sell to these large monopoly smelters.
Understood these facts and the desires of recovery Au/Ag/Pd by themselves of these small- to medium-sized e-scrap recyclers, Suny Group has developed a hydrometallurgical (in water solution) method that can selectively extract precious metals (Au, Ag, Pd, Pt, In, Ir…) from e-scrap in a very simple and effective approach. The base model system: it allows users to extract surface gold/silver from e-scraps with a daily process capacity of up to 1 ton per day and investment as low as 35000$;
Intermediate model system: a system combination that allows clients to extract both surface gold (i.e., CPU, RAM, PCB…) and internal gold (i.e., IC chips, ceramic CPU…) and tin (Solder);

Selective Au/Ag/Pd Stripping
Suny Group E product series has a unique feature that it can selectively strip precious metals (Au, Ag, Pd, Pt...) from plating electronic materials such as pins, connectors, RAM, CPU, and PCB, while other metals like copper, nickel, aluminium are not or only slightly attacked.
This selective stripping feature makes the precious metal stripping process much easier and simpler in E-waste recycling.
