Heat Treatment System
The difficulty in separating photovoltaic modules lies in the EVA encapsulation layer. This production line is equipped with a professional heat treatment device that softens and decomposes the EVA material through precise temperature control, thereby releasing the glass-cell composite layer. After heat treatment, the glass can be completely peeled off, achieving a high recovery rate and good purity, providing a stable foundation for subsequent sorting. Simultaneously, the heat treatment process includes an exhaust gas purification system to ensure environmentally friendly and safe operation, meeting industrial emission requirements.
Mechanical Sorting System
After pyrolysis, the material enters the crushing and sorting stage. Multi-stage crushing equipment refines the composite material, and airflow sorting technology effectively separates copper from lightweight materials. High copper wire recovery rate and low loss are achieved. Subsequently, the system further purifies the plastic fragments and silicon powder through screening and fine-grading devices, achieving classified recycling of different materials and improving the overall resource utilization value.
Automated Control
The entire production line adopts a centralized control system, realizing continuous feeding, automatic conveying, and stable operation, reducing manual intervention and lowering operating costs.
