Key equipment required for the dismantling process

The first step is an automatic dismantler, which is mainly used to remove the aluminum alloy frame of the PV panels and ancillary parts such as the junction box. The equipment can be cut and separated precisely to ensure the safety and efficiency of subsequent processing. Compared to traditional manual dismantling, the automatic dismantler significantly improves work efficiency and reduces the risk of personnel coming into contact with hazardous materials.

Crushing and Sorting System

The dismantled PV panels enter the crushing and sorting process. The system usually consists of a crusher, vibrating screen, magnetic separation equipment, eddy current sorting equipment, and so on.

The crusher breaks the PV panels into small particles, which is convenient for subsequent screening.

Magnetic separation and eddy current sorting equipment are further in accordance with the magnetic properties of the material, and conductivity separation.

The core of the sorting technology lies in “physical sorting”, relying on the differences in density, conductivity, and other aspects of different materials to achieve efficient separation and purification, so as to obtain silicon powder, copper, silver, glass, and other recyclable materials.
