Working Principle

First, waste lead-acid batteries are conveyed into the automatic cutting chamber. The equipment employs mechanical motion to precisely cut open the battery casing without damaging the internal lead plates. Subsequently, the internal materials are automatically separated into three components:
Lead plates: Recycled and remelted for use in new battery production or other lead product manufacturing;
Acid Solution: Neutralized or reprocessed to prevent secondary pollution.
Plastic Shells: Cleaned and regranulated for new battery casings or other plastic products.
The fully automated process—from cutting and separation to collection—occurs within a sealed system. This enhances efficiency while effectively preventing acid leakage and dust dispersion, achieving truly green recycling.
