Printed Circuit Board Gold Extraction Machine
With a large number of obsolete electronic equipment being eliminated, especially the printed circuit board (Printed Circuit Board, referred to as PCB), because it contains gold, silver, copper, and other precious metals and has a high recycling value. Especially gold, although the content in the PCB is not high, because of its excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance, is widely used in circuit contacts and plating. PCB recycling is mainly through the “crushing → separation → purification” three core steps. The first step is that the PCB crushing mill will break the whole circuit board into small particles, for the subsequent separation and purification to create conditions. These two types of equipment are especially suitable for separating trace precious metals from complex mixtures, enhancing the economic efficiency and resource utilization of the entire recovery process.
Finally, in the purification stage, wet gold extraction equipment plays a key role. This stage usually adopts wet metallurgical processes such as cyanidation or thiourea, in which gold is dissolved from impurities through chemical solutions. Related equipment, such as leaching tanks, reactors, and filtration devices, together constitute a closed, controlled gold extraction system, which can effectively improve the gold recovery rate while reducing the secondary pollution of the environment.
