We are proud to share a successful project site from one of our valued Indian clients, who is currently operating our 500kg/h copper wire recycling machine.
The core highlight of this project is the highly efficient processing of oil-contaminated scrap wires. As is known in the recycling industry, oil-immersed cables are notoriously difficult to crush and separate due to their stickiness, which often clogs screens.

However, our customized copper granulator handles this challenging material effortlessly. The onsite performance proves that the oil and plastics are thoroughly cleaned and separated, delivering exceptionally high-purity copper granules with virtually zero loss.
The system is operating smoothly at its full rated capacity of 500kg/h, perfectly meeting the client’s production requirements and environmental standards.
