How to maintain mask production equipment?
The maintenance and protection of the ultrasonic mask machine is important, not only can delay the speed of the decline of the accuracy of the mask machine, but also reduce the chance of equipment repair.
Usually we divide the protection of the mask machine into several aspects: appearance, transmission system, electrical system, ultrasonic system, and pneumatic system. (Equipment protection and maintenance must be carried out after shutdown and power failure)
Exterior:
Masks are used by us to wear on our faces, and some even need to be used in the operating room. Therefore, the production of masks* requires the mask machine* to be cleaned neatly. At the end of the day, staff should be arranged to clean the work surface of the equipment and the plate holding the mask after the power is turned off. Pay attention to not using water, oil, and other non-toxic and volatile cleaning fluids such as alcohol.
Transmission system:
The transmission system includes motors, gears, reducers, sprockets, chains, conveyor belts and other components. We need to check whether there are dust and other things on the outside of the motor that affect heat dissipation, and whether the gears and sprockets are oiled or have attachments. Is the tightness of the chain suitable? Is there any foreign matter? Is the connection screw between the transmission parts loose? Is the lubricating oil of the reducer enough? Usually, the lubricating oil needs to be changed * once every 1000 hours to 1500 hours.
Electrical system:
Check whether the equipment circuit connector is loose, whether the main power cord, branch signal line, etc. are worn? Aging? The electrical equipment is loose? Is the inside of the electrical box clean and boring? Is the exhaust fan working normally?
Ultrasonic system: (consisting of ultrasonic electric box, sensation mover, welding head and connecting wire)
Check whether the ultrasonic system is clean, especially *don't* the ultrasonic electric box, sensation (transducer), welding head (amplification ratio) have* to be dry and clean without water, and the connection cable has* to be firm. Check the degree of wear of the ultrasonic welding head frequently. Pay attention to the change scale of the voltmeter and ammeter pointer on the ultrasonic electric box.
Air supply system: (composed of air source filter system, air pipe, and cylinder)
Check whether there is water in the air filter cup? Drain the water, and drain the air compressor by the way (the air compressor should be drained: the area with high humidity should be drained every day). Check if there is air leakage in the air pipe? Is there air leakage in the cylinder? Is the cylinder magnetic sensor orientation and operation normal?
Others: The equipment should not be touched with corrosive liquids and objects, such as sweat* which simply causes the equipment parts to rust. The equipment is not used for a long time, for example: holidays. Always apply anti-rust oil to the transmission system and rust-prone parts of the mask machine.
Through the protection and maintenance of the upper speed mask machine, we can greatly reduce the number of repairs of the mask machine and greatly extend the service life of the mask machine.
