2. Keep the electrical control box and equipment vents away from water vapor, corrosive gas, and dust, and clean the attached dust with compressed air regularly;

3. Regularly test the insulation performance of the equipment, regularly check the aging electrical components, check the grounding wire, and ensure that the equipment is well grounded. This item must be carried out by an electrician with professional experience;

4. Regularly test the power supply to confirm that it meets the power supply voltage requirements of the equipment, and avoid long-term work under unstable power supplies that are too high or too low;

5. If there is a transmission mechanism, grease, oil and other lubricants should be added regularly as required, and the gear oil of the reducer should be replaced regularly to ensure that the moving parts work under good lubrication conditions;

6. The ultrasonic welding head, bottom mold and work objects are always kept clean. Regularly check (usually once a week) whether the cable connector is loose. Wipe the machine regularly, but do not use liquid for cleaning.

7. The upper cover of the control box should be opened every month, and a clean air gun without moisture should be used to remove the dust in the box to maintain good heat dissipation and ventilation of the parts. When not in use for a long time, please wipe the appearance of the machine, apply oil for maintenance, and cover the cover with the machine, and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
