1. Each operating part of the dry copper rice machine is filled with new grease every 40 hours of operation, and the bearing of the crusher is filled with new grease every 8 hours of operation. 3# calcium-based grease is selected as the lubricating grease.
2. The raw materials should be classified and broken during production, and copper wires and aluminum wires should not be mixed together. The wire diameter of each batch of crushed raw materials should be the same size. The mixing of thick and thin wires will affect the sorting effect.
3. The dry copper rice machine is only used for crushing copper wire and aluminum wire, not for crushing other materials.
4. When the machine breaks down or cleans up, the power supply must be disconnected before inspection or cleaning can be carried out.
5. When the equipment is blocked by materials, it must be shut down and power off before cleaning.
6. During the operation, if an abnormal situation is found, the power should be cut off in time, and the problem should be investigated and solved.
After the raw materials are crushed by the dry copper rice machine and the crusher, the size is controlled by the aperture of the crusher screen. The crushed material falls on the feeding conveyor, and is sent to the specific gravity air separator through the feeding conveyor. Adjust the sorting effect by setting the parameters of each machine.
