Therefore, before recycling the copper and aluminum materials in the waste batteries, it is necessary to carry out preliminary pre-treatment of the waste batteries. The pre-treatment includes: 1) sieving hard-shell batteries and soft-shell batteries, 2) fully crushing the batteries, 3) purifying and crushing the batteries. 4) Recover black powder in the battery.

The device includes conveying equipment, crushers, dryers, exhaust gas treatment equipment and black powder recycling equipment. The waste gas treatment equipment includes a spray tower, UV photolysis waste gas treatment equipment and a row of fans. The waste gas and waste liquid produced by the crusher and dryer are sprayed sequentially through the pipeline to spray towers, UV photolysis waste gas treatment equipment and a row of fans. The exhaust gas of the battery is purified, then silenced and discharged into the air; the copper and aluminum materials in the battery are crushed twice in the pre-treatment of recycling, and the crushed battery is filtered through a cyclone collector to screen out the copper-aluminum particle mixture and Exhaust gas containing black powder mixture, the black powder mixture enters the second cyclone collector under the negative pressure suction of the high-pressure fan, the exhaust end of the third crusher is connected to the second cyclone collector through the pipeline, and the second cyclone collector The black powder is recovered at the discharge end of the device, and the exhaust gas discharged from the second cyclone collector passes through the bag filter, the activated carbon adsorption tower and the second exhaust fan in order for purification treatment, and then is discharged into the air after being silenced.
