Equipped with a 5.5 kW motor operating at 380V/50Hz, the system features a hydraulic working pressure of up to 25 MPa and an 80 L high-capacity oil tank. The hydraulic cutting force reaches 30 tons, paired with a 400 mm cylinder stroke, providing strong demolition power. The machine measures 1400×1300×1700 mm, weighs 650 kg, and uses a centralized electric control system to ensure stable operation under continuous high-load industrial conditions.
Stepwise Cutting Process and Multi-Track Extraction Design
The machine’s core advantage lies in its modular blades and multi-track extraction system. During operation, a 250×320 mm working blade performs stepwise cutting: a small blade opens the motor casing, followed by a large blade to split the stator in half, exposing the internal copper wires. During copper extraction, three mechanical methods are available according to stator size:
Gripping: For compact stators with inner diameters φ50mm to outer diameters φ120mm.
Pushing: For medium stators with inner diameters φ50mm to outer diameters φ300mm, stroke 200mm.
Pulling: For large stators with outer diameters φ300mm to φ600mm, stroke 600mm. Heating improves extraction for stators with thick insulation. The 450 mm working width ensures compatibility with a wide range of scrap motors.
