At present, research on the recycling of waste lithium batteries is mainly focused on the recovery of the valuable cathode precious metals cobalt and lithium. The copper in the anode of waste lithium batteries (with a content of about 35%) is a widely used important production raw material that adheres to The carbon powder on it can be used as additives for plastics and rubber. Therefore, the effective separation of the negative electrode constituent materials of the waste lithium battery has a driving effect on the realization of the limited recycling of the waste lithium battery and the elimination of its corresponding environmental impact.
First, the whole lithium battery is mechanically dismantled, the shell is separated, and the diaphragm is separated, and then the positive and negative raw materials are crushed to less than 10mm with a coarse crusher, and then enter the particle crusher for peeling and crushing, and then enter the micro powder classifier for separation processing. The ash is collected by the downstream cyclone separator and pulse dust collector.
Or use the dry crushing and pulverizing recycling process for the battery casing and the electrode active material in it, after the components of the battery are separated, there is no need to consider the recycling of the by-products produced by the chemical process, and there is no need to worry about the by-products. The adverse impact on the environment prevents the entire process from causing secondary pollution to the environment and truly achieves green and environmental protection.
