How solar panel recycling works:

Glass, plastic and metal—the main components of solar panels—can be recycled separately. But in a working solar panel, all of these materials are combined into a single product. The problem is separating the components for efficient processing, while also addressing the element silicon, which requires more specialized processing.

First of all, we need to use a special dismantling machine to completely disassemble the aluminum frame and glass on the scrapped solar panels, and the glass can be recycled and reused separately. Then put the remaining solar panels into the shredder for shredding, and the shredded material enters the shredder for crushing, breaks up the EVA film and monocrystalline silicon wafer, and the broken up material enters the aggregate through the induced draft fan Then, after sorting, the silicon is sorted out, and the remaining mixed material enters the pulverizer, and then enters the airflow sorting screen through the air locker, and the positive metal and plastic are collected by the airflow plus vibration, and the airflow is sorted at the same time. Collect dust generated by the machine.
