working principle:
During the working process, the power is stably transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer connected to the motor, and under the traction of the main shaft, the scrap metal entering the shredder cavity is clamped by the shredder blade fixed on the main shaft. During the continuous pressing down of the blade clamping position, the material is drawn into the gap between the two shafts, and through the tearing effect of the two shafts, the material achieves a crushing effect. The crushed material is usually in the form of strips or flakes, filtered out from the bottom of the equipment and conveyed by the conveyor belt. The material is used for centralized processing or direct collection by other equipment.
Due to the low-speed and high-torque design of this machine, it has outstanding performance in the process of crushing the waste that cannot be crushed by the scrap steel crusher. The machine completes the whole fine crushing process through the connection with the scrap steel crusher, and can realize the classification and recycling of metal, plastic and glass in the scrap through supporting related equipment.
