Technical principle of horizontal crusher
Horizontal hammer crusher is a machine mainly used for secondary crushing of scrap metal such as car shells, refrigerators, and iron drums.
The horizontal hammer crusher is mainly composed of an upper box, a lower box, a hammer spindle, a hammer, a lining plate, a sieve plate, a discharge mechanism, a motor, and a hydraulic opening mechanism.
Structure principle:
The waste materials enter the crushing box from top to bottom, and are broken by the comprehensive action of the high-speed moving hammer, such as blow, impact, shearing, grinding, etc. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. When the size of the crushed material is smaller than the size of the sieve hole, the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse material larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate. When some materials cannot be broken, the hard-to-break materials are discharged from the discharge mechanism into the metal collector, and are regularly removed by the operator.
