Ultrasonic welding mechanism

Ultrasonic mold mechanism: the welding position is the working position, which is divided into two parts: the upper part is the embossing knife (embossing roller); the lower part is the ultrasonic mold.

The depth of the blank holder pattern can be adjusted by adjusting the left and right spring pressing handwheel-1.

The tighter the hand wheel lock is, the deeper the blank holder pattern is.

(when adjusting, please adjust the left and right wheels at the same time to prevent the blank holder from being stuck due to excessive locking.)

The depth of hob pattern can be adjusted by adjusting the left and right spring pressing handwheel-2. The tighter the hand wheel lock is, the deeper the hob pattern is. (when adjusting, please adjust the left and right wheels at the same time to prevent the embossing hob from jamming due to excessive locking on one side.)

Fold forming mechanism

Material bar: it can adjust the material tightness up and down. There are four in total, counting from the bottom. First put the first piece of material 195, and then put the second, third and fourth piece of 175 material.

The height screw hand wheel is mainly used to adjust the height of the folding plate. The side with large opening surface of the three feeding plates should be slightly lower than the side with small opening surface.

Nose wire feeding mechanism

Folding platen: fine tune the pressing plate, loosen the screw to fine tune the pressing plate, and fold the material

into shape.

Nose feeding mechanism: nose bar feeding device. Discharging requirements of nasal bridge strip:

1. Generally speaking, nose bar discharging requires forward rotation, which is also the way that the nose bar is discharged through the outer circle of the discharge plate, and enters into the nose bar buffer bracket through the forward S-shape through the nose bar induction discharging support rod.

2. When the nose bar enters the buffer bracket and passes through the guide wheel groove, it enters into the material wheel groove in the reverse direction, and finally enters the nose beam strip material guide groove. After passing through the nose bar driving roller, it enters into the nose beam knife guide groove.

3. The nose bar guide groove must be adjusted to be on the center line with the nose beam knife feeding groove, and aligned with the center line of the welding and rolling nose bar. If the position is wrong, adjust it.

4. At the position of the nose beam knife feed slot, one side of the nose beam bar should be able to enter the nose beam knife feed groove smoothly through the material guide shaft.

Ultrasonic welding die cutting mechanism: it is mainly composed of embossing cutter (embossing roller), driving roller, knurling cutter (embossing roller), ear belt traction die cutting mechanism, elastic embossing and forming cutter base. After the embossing handwheel is loose, the embossing stick can be adjusted left and right (nose bar is adjusted in the middle), and the ultrasonic wave size can be adjusted up and down.

When the transverse position of the molding tool cannot be aligned with the position of the welding edge, the transverse movement of the mold can be adjusted by adjusting the transverse adjusting hand wheel. When the lateral position adjustment is completed, lock the limit nut on the lateral adjustment hand wheel to lock the position of the molding tool horizontally.

Forming cutter bed: it is composed of supporting driving roller and forming cutter roller. Support drive roll: the base surface of mask forming roll cutting. Forming cutter roller: the molding cutter roller is a mold consumable, mainly used for roll cutting mask. The elastic ear band is welded on the mask piece, and the mask is divided into two parts at the middle position of the ear belt through the forming knife roller.

Adjust the left and right springs on the support drive roller to press the hand wheel to adjust the cutting effect of the forming cutter base to achieve the purpose of cutting the mask. The tighter the hand wheel lock is, the deeper the cutting tool of the forming cutter base will be cut. Please adjust it carefully to prevent damage to the tool holder. (please adjust the left side at the same time The right hand-wheel is used to prevent the blade of forming knife roll from being damaged due to excessive locking of one side.)

Rectifying instrument

The system can detect the edge position or mark line position of paper, film, adhesive tape, metal foil and other materials, and control the horizontal position deviation of materials in the process of transportation. It has the functions of automatic detection, automatic tracking and automatic adjustment, so as to ensure the orderly winding, cutting and detection of materials.

Use the automatic adjustment function of the rectifying instrument to change the width of the cloth and then change the size of the mask ear belt feeding and forming mechanism

Material frame and ear belt wrinkle forming mechanism: it is composed of material frame, transmission roller, ear belt wrinkle forming, hot pressing shaft and deviation correction instrument.

Drive roller: controlled by servo motor independently, it can ensure the rapid supply of ear belt material and prevent the feeding jam.

Fold forming of ear belt: the cloth is folded and formed by fold plate to ensure the appearance and tidiness of ear band after welding. Hot pressing shaft: it is composed of upper and lower hot pressing shafts. After the ear belt is folded and shaped, it is hot pressed and shaped to prevent the ear belt from running and deformation, and is convenient for welding.

Ear band cutter: the ear belt material is absorbed on the vacuum suction shaft under the action of the vacuum suction fan after being cut by the cutter. The vacuum suction shaft rotates to send the ear belt to the mask piece, and then the ear belt is fixed on the mask by the hot pressing of the hot pressing shaft.
