Fineness application:

Safety rules:
1. After starting, it is allowed to feed crops evenly and continuously when the machine reaches normal operation.
2. Pay attention to the motor speed, sound and bearing temperature during operation.
3. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, tie the sleeves of the clothes tightly, and wear a mask and work cap.
4. When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc. in the input, so as not to damage the machine and cause personal accidents.
5. Do not hang belts, oil, clean and troubleshoot when the machine is running.
6. If the following problems are found, the engine should be shut down and stopped for treatment: ①The motor smokes, ②It is blocked, ③The crushing quality is not good, ④The bearing is overheated, exceeding 60 degrees.
Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to peek into the machine from the upper part of the crushing cavity during operation.
2. Electrical equipment should be grounded, and wires should be insulated and laid inside steel pipes.
3. It is strictly forbidden to carry and move materials directly in the crushing cavity behind the feeding port during operation.
4. It is strictly forbidden to make any adjustment, cleaning or maintenance work during the operation of the pulverizer.
