Paper Plastic-Aluminum Separation Machine for Milk Cartons Recycling

This equipment utilizes advanced mechanical and physical separation processes to effectively separate the paper pulp from the plastic and aluminum layers, paving the way for subsequent processing.
The separated pulp enters the pulp filter, where impurities are removed through filtration, resulting in a relatively pure paper fiber. These fibers can be further utilized as raw materials for recycled paper or other paper products, completing a closed-loop resource cycle. Next, a pulp dewatering machine efficiently dehydrates the pulp, significantly reducing its moisture content and improving the ease and cost-effectiveness of subsequent use. Finally, a pulp filter press uses high pressure to compress the pulp into a solid filter cake, making it easier to transport and store while also providing a semi-finished product for downstream factories to reuse.
In addition to pulp recycling, the separated plastic and aluminum are not wasted. After further processing, these materials can enter the relevant recycling industry chain and be used to produce new plastic or aluminum products, reducing the need for virgin resource extraction and environmental pollution.
