Waste tires, characterized by their large volume, challenging processing, and high added value, have always been a key target for recycling. SUNY GROUP's rubber granule production line offers a comprehensive mechanized processing solution specifically designed for tire material properties. Through multi-stage crushing and precise separation, waste tires are reliably converted into rubber granules, rubber powder, steel wires, and nylon fibers, achieving truly high-value recycling.

Core Equipment Configuration and Process Flow

The entire rubber granule production line operates on the core principle of “graded crushing + multiple separation.” Waste tires or rubber products first enter the crushing system, where shear or roller crushers process whole tires into rubber blocks suitable for subsequent processing. The material then proceeds to the fine crushing and grinding units, where rubber is further pulverized into granule or powder form.

During crushing, the system incorporates magnetic separation units to extract steel wires from tires efficiently, ensuring rubber purity. Simultaneously, fiber separation equipment isolates nylon fibers from the rubber. The final particle size of rubber pellets or powder can be adjusted as needed, with common outputs ranging from 0–6mm pellets to various mesh grades of powder, meeting diverse downstream application requirements.

Production Capacity Range and Application Value

This rubber granule production line offers a flexible configuration based on project scale, with processing capabilities spanning from small-scale to industrial-scale operations. It achieves stable operation from hundreds of kilograms per hour up to several tons per hour. The entire line features a clear equipment structure and continuous operation, making it suitable for long-term, high-load work.

From an application perspective, the produced rubber granules and powder find extensive use in recycled rubber products, sports surface installations, shock-absorbing materials, and similar fields. The separated steel wires and nylon fibers also possess significant recycling value. Through mechanized, standardized processing, this production line not only enhances waste tire recycling efficiency but also provides recycling enterprises with a mature, replicable pathway for rubber resource reuse.
