System Overview
The system integrates shredding, screening, separation, and recycling into one unit. Whole tires are progressively shredded into rubber particles or powder of various specifications through multi-stage shredding. Steel wires and fibers are efficiently separated, with the final products applicable to road construction, rubber products, or further processing industries. Core equipment includes the whole tire shredder, secondary fine shredder, steel wire separation equipment, fiber separation system, and rubber grinder, with flexible configurations that can be freely combined based on production capacity and product requirements.
Core Equipment and Technology
The whole tire crusher is used for primary crushing, featuring a high-torque, low-speed design with automatic reverse anti-jamming and wear-resistant blades. The secondary fine crusher grinds coarse particles into rubber particles, utilizing high-speed rotating blades and multi-layer screens to achieve a controllable particle size. The steel wire separation equipment uses magnetic separation and vibrating screens to efficiently separate steel wires with a purity of over 95%. The fiber separation system removes nylon and polyester fibers through air separation and multi-stage structures, and also has dust reduction and noise reduction functions. The rubber grinder can grind particles into fine powder with a mesh size of 30-120, meeting various application requirements.
