1. Appearance:

2. Ultrasonic system: (consisting of ultrasonic electric box, ultrasonic transducer, welding head and connecting wire)

Check whether the ultrasonic system is clean, whether the ultrasonic electric box, ultrasonic transducer (vibrator), and welding head (mold) are clean without water, and whether the connecting wire is strong. Often check the degree of wear of the ultrasonic welding head (mold). Check whether the pointers of the voltmeter and ammeter on the ultrasonic electric box are normal.

3. Transmission system:

The transmission system includes motors, gears, reducers, sprockets, chains, conveyor belts and other components. For maintenance requirements, check whether there is dust on the surface of the motor that affects heat dissipation, whether gears and sprockets are oiled, and whether there are attachments. Whether the tightness of the chain is suitable for foreign matter, whether the connecting screws of each transmission part are loose, etc. Is the lubricating oil of the reducer enough? Usually, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced after 1000 hours to 1500 hours.

4. Electrical system:

Check whether the circuit connector is loose, whether the main power cord, branch signal line, etc. are worn? Aging? Loose? Is the inside of the electric box clean and monotonous? Is the exhaust fan working normally?

Five: Pneumatic system: (composed of air source filter system, air pipe, and air cylinder)

Check the air filter to see if there is water? (Air compressor drain water: The air compressor should be drained every day in areas with high humidity). Check whether there is air leakage in the air pipe? Is there any air leakage in the cylinder? The cylinder magnetic sensor position and whether the operation is normal.

Others: The equipment should not be exposed to corrosive liquids and objects. For example, sweat can easily cause rusting of equipment parts. If the equipment is not used for a long time, apply anti-rust oil to the transmission system and rust-prone parts.

The manufacturer protects according to the above requirements, not only can reduce the number of repairs of the plane, but also improve the operating life, and then supply the production power of the enterprise.
