A method for recycling and processing waste lead-acid batteries includes the following steps:

Lead Acid Battery Recycling Machine

This embodiment relates to a method for recycling and processing waste lead-acid batteries, which includes the following steps:

(1) Battery disassembly: Use a cutting machine to cut out the battery box cover containing copper and lead connectors in the waste lead-acid battery, and disassemble the waste lead-acid battery into the battery shell cover, waste water, shell, and plate;

(2) Battery shell cover treatment: use a crusher to break the electric frequency shell cover into particles, float the plastic particles in the particles with water, remove the floating plastic particles, and obtain the mixed particles of lead particles and copper particles deposited on the bottom of the water. The mixed particles are put into the reactor and heated to 360°C to melt the lead particles into a lead liquid, filter out the copper particles to obtain the lead liquid, and pour the lead liquid into a lead ingot;

(3) Wastewater treatment: Put the waste water in the anti-acid and anti-leakage sewage tank for treatment, and then import it into the ordinary waste water treatment system for waste water treatment;

(4) Shell treatment: rinse the shell, introduce the rinsed water into the sewage tank, and then process the rinsed shell into particles;

(5) Pole plate treatment: first crush the pole plate into particles with a crusher, and then use a roller to separate the lead mud adhered to the pole plate from the pole plate, screen to obtain the pole plate and lead mud, and cast the pole plate directly into Melt and cast into finished alloy ingots, ball mill the lead mud through a 60-80 mesh sieve;

(6) Lead mud treatment:

Step a: the step (5) ball milled lead mud reacts with alkali, and the resulting soluble sulfate and insoluble lead-containing particles are separated;

Step b: React the insoluble lead-containing particles with the inorganic acid for 45 minutes at a reaction temperature of 35-45°C to generate a lead inorganic acid salt solution, and allow the inorganic acid salt solution to react with the soluble carbonate for 55 minutes, and the reaction temperature is 35 ~45℃, get two parts product of precipitated particles and solution;

Step c: Separate the precipitated particles from the solution, and then place the precipitated particles in a reactor for 3 hours to bake to generate lead oxide, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Wherein, the alkali in the step a is NaOH, the inorganic acid in the step b is nitric acid, and the soluble carbonate is ammonium carbonate.

Wherein, the mass concentration of the inorganic acid is 20%.

Wherein, the baking temperature in step c is 350°C.
