2. The production process of masks

With good filtering, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption properties, it is an important raw material for the production of masks.

3. The production process of common flat masks in daily life

① Fold the three layers of non-woven materials together by the machine.

Under normal circumstances, a machine can produce 2 to 3 masks per second, and each link will be strictly controlled and must be disinfected before leaving the factory. According to the official Weibo of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: China produces masks at a very fast rate, only 0.5 seconds per piece, but the standard analysis and disinfection process after production takes 7 days to half a month.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also pointed out on its official website that medical masks are sterilized with ethylene oxide. After sterilization, ethylene oxide will remain on the mask. Residual ethylene oxide must be released by analytical methods. In order to meet the safety content standard, it can only be put on the market after passing multiple tests.
