1. The feed rate is too fast and the load increases to cause blockage: When feeding the rubber crushing equipment, you must pay attention to the galvanometer. In this case, the raw material door must be lowered or closed immediately, so that the feeding method can be changed, and the feeding amount can be adjusted and manipulated according to the total number of lifting feeders. There are two types of feeders for rubber crushing equipment: manual and fully automatic. The customer must select the appropriate feeder according to the specific situation. Because the speed ratio of rubber crushing equipment is high, the load is large, and the load fluctuation is large. According to this standard, in order to ensure that the speed of the rubber crushing equipment is too fast, the current during the operation of the rubber crushing equipment is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated voltage.

2. The feed pipe of the rubber crushing equipment is not smooth or blocked. If the feed is too fast, the air outlet of the rubber crushing equipment will be blocked; this situation is the same as the wrong pairing of the transport equipment, which will cause the wind in the sewage pipe to be reduced. Or completely blocked after no wind. After discovering the problem, we must first clear the feed inlet, disassemble the mismatched feed equipment, adjust the feed rate, and ensure that the machinery and equipment operate normally.

3. Hammer head rupture, aging, round hole screen closed type, outdated, crushed raw material moisture content will make the rubber crushing equipment blocked. In order to ensure that the rubber crushing equipment is not easy to block, the hammers with serious damage will be removed and replaced on time to maintain the excellent operation of the rubber crushing equipment. In addition, the stainless steel screen should be checked frequently. The reason is not really difficult. It is to ensure that the rubber crushing equipment can fully utilize its high efficiency in the whole process of operation. In addition, the requirement for crushing raw materials is that the moisture content cannot exceed 14%, which not only improves production efficiency, but also prevents the crusher from clogging and enhances the credibility of the operation of rubber crushing equipment.
