Waste Lead Recycling Plant Melting Furnace

Refining and Purifying: The melted lead undergoes a refining and purifying process to remove any remaining impurities. This step helps to obtain high-quality pure lead that can be reused in a variety of applications.
Casting: Casting purified lead into ingots or other desired shapes to facilitate storage, transportation, and further processing.
Plastic pelletization: In addition, waste from recycling lead-acid batteries also includes plastic casings. These shells will be crushed by a shredder to obtain small-sized plastic particles, and then the plastic particles will be regenerated through a granulation device to generate high-quality plastic particles that can be reused.
