Integrated Dry-Type PCB E-Waste Recycling Production Line
The Integrated Dry-Type PCB E-Waste Recycling Production Line is a comprehensive system designed for the resource recovery of waste printed circuit boards. Through processes such as dismantling, crushing, sorting, and precious metal recovery, it enables the efficient extraction of valuable metals such as copper, gold, silver, and palladium.
PCB Disassembly Equipment: Efficient Separation of Components from Circuit Boards
Automatic Components Dismantling Machine
The entire production line begins with pre-treatment carried out by a PCB component disassembly machine. This equipment utilises a dry-heating disassembly method, in which natural gas is used to soften the solder joints on the circuit boards. The electronic components—such as chips, capacitors, resistors and connectors—are then separated from the PCB substrate through the tumbling and friction within the drum.
Compared with traditional manual dismantling methods, mechanised dismantling improves processing efficiency whilst minimising damage to components, thereby facilitating subsequent sorting and recycling. The dismantled electronic components can be further processed for precious metal recovery, whilst the PCB substrates, once stripped of components, proceed to the next stage of processing.
PCB Shredding and Sorting Line: Physical Extraction of High-Purity Metal Materials
PCB Circuit Board Recycling Line
The PCB substrate processing section primarily comprises a twin-shaft shredder, a hammer mill, grinding equipment, and a multi-stage sorting system.
First, the twin-shaft shredder performs preliminary shredding of large-sized printed circuit boards, reducing the material to a size suitable for processing; the material then enters the hammer mill for secondary crushing, ensuring thorough separation of metal from resin materials. The ground mixture is then passed through equipment such as vibrating screens, air classification, and electrostatic separation to separate the copper powder from the non-metallic resin powder.
The entire process utilises dry physical separation technology, requiring no chemical agents and effectively preventing the generation of waste liquid. When appropriately configured, the system is capable of processing a wide range of electronic waste, including discarded computer motherboards, telecommunications boards, connectors and memory modules, enabling the recovery and reuse of metals such as copper.
Metal Purification Equipment: Enhancing the Value of Precious Metal Recovery
For precious metals such as gold, silver and palladium contained in PCBs, our production line can be configured with metal stripping and refining equipment to further process high-value electronic components.
This equipment combines a proprietary stripping process with hydrometallurgical technology to achieve selective separation of precious metals through a two-stage recovery process. It is also equipped with an electrolytic refining unit to enhance the purity of the recovered metals. Compared to methods reliant on large-scale smelting enterprises, small and medium-sized recycling companies can also establish independent precious metal recovery processes using this equipment.
The Integrated Dry-Type PCB E-Waste Recycling Production Line combines PCB disassembly, crushing, sorting, and precious metal recovery into a single comprehensive system, suitable for continuous production by electronic waste treatment enterprises.
