Automatic Tyre Recycling Machine

It is composed of double-shaft shredder, material return system, crusher, steel wire separator, vibrating screen, sorting machine, central dust removal system, electric control box system and other equipment. Pre-shredding, the double-shaft shredder has the characteristics of low speed and high torque, which can pre-shred waste tires into 50-300mm pieces without removing the tire rim. Material return system: The material return system consists of a conveyor belt and a disc sorter. After being processed by the shredder, the fragments are transported to the disc sorter. The fragments of the appropriate size will be screened out and transported to the wire separator for further Processing, the oversized fragments will be transported back to the shredder machine for further processing.

Secondary crushing: The steel wire separator is equipped with a serrated blade shaft, which has a strong shredding ability, which can further shred tires and separate steel wires. Steel wire separation: The steel wire after the steel wire separator is completely separated from the tire rubber. The steel wire is sorted out of the rubber by a cross-type magnetic separator. High-strength magnetic attraction combined with wear-resistant material belts makes the separation of steel wire and rubber nearly perfect. Crusher crushing: The crusher is equipped with a unique design to the knife roller, which is conducive to the further crushing of tire rubber. The open design facilitates heat dissipation of the machine and reduces dust. The size of the rubber can be controlled by replacing the screen.

Rubber size sorting: The vibrating screen can mirror different sizes of rubber, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. The rubber of suitable size is screened by vibration, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. The rubber of suitable size passes through the vibrating screen and is sent to the Z-type separator to separate some fibers.

Separating fiber: Z-type sorting machine can separate the fiber material in the proud particles. The Z separator is equipped with a magnetic separator to separate the residual steel wire to ensure the purity of the rubber particles. The system is connected with the pulse device to remove dust at the same time during the sorting process. Central dust removal device: The central dust removal device collects the dust and fibers generated during the crushing process of the tire wire through the air pipe. Electric control cabinet: The electric control cabinet is equipped to realize the automation of tire line operation, and the touch screen operation makes the programming, maintenance and overhaul of the whole line convenient.
